Ma che noia!!!

Dopo di aver freddo per tre settimane ormai mi sono ammalata e non ho potuto lavorare per una settimana. Che noia!!! Tutto colpa del riscaldamento! Sembra che in Svizzera non si accende il riscaldamento quando fa freddo ma solo a una certa data. Non solo era freddo a casa mia ma anche alla scuola e tante ragazze si sono ammalate e poi l'ho preso anch'io. Poi un giorno pioveva e anche con l'ombrello mi sono bagnata tutte le scarpe finchè non sono arrivata in cima alla scuola. Poi tutto il giorno lì al freddo coi piedi bagnati... uffa!!

Però oggi sono uscita dalla casa. Siamo andati a Faido dove la mamma del mio coinquilino avevo visto un bell armadio che ho adesso comperato. Me lo portano qui lunedì. Ho già comperato colore per pitturalo.

Poi, lavoro solo due altre settimane e arriva già la vacanza di autunno! E arriverà l'Isabel!! Che bello!! Anche lei mi ha scritto che si è ammalata, poveretta. Ma tra due settimane saremo ancora una volta in forma.

La Neve

Snow, snow, snoooooooooooow!!! Yes, it's true, there's snow!! Almost half a meter of snow in the mountains!! After spending Friday and Saturday at Zurigo with two friends from the South of Italy (fotos in Zurigo) we returned to Bellinzona Sunday to see the mercato natale (fotos in Bellinzona) and then took the train from Bellinzona to Faido, climbing 1300 meter by foot at dusk. It was an awesome climb although we had to haul all of the stuff up the mountain that we use here, clothes, food, etc. It felt like a dream, the lights shining on the snow, the forest crispy cold, the air heavy with the profumo of snow. And then today we went on a walk (fotos in Vigera) playing in the snow, taking in the last rays of sunshine (that phrase has become such a joke...) And after that hot cocoa, biscotti, a warm fire and candelight... life is awesome!!!
